I am Shauna Brown and a graphic designer with my own freelance company since 2015. I am currently based in Almere.
I've always been fascinated by graphic shapes and colours.
As a kid my drawers at school wouldn't be filled with work, but rather with stacks of drawings. |
One thing led to another and after doing the Foundation year and the years at the graphic design department I graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie as a graphic designer. Straight after I started my own freelance business known as Shauna Brown Grafisch Ontwerp.
After graduating I combined my business with working at at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in the foundation year, working in a bar and volunteering at the Dierenambulance Amsterdam (animal ambulance of Amsterdam). |
I have knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop - Illustrator - Indesign - Motion - Basic knowledge HTML & CSS I design for print & digital / social media publications. I'm fluent in Dutch and English. |

I am probably a bit too much in love with graphic design, animals, plants and dinosaurs.
Besides photoshopping myself into weird situations (and doing serious design stuff), I occasionally do some watercoloring or drawing. Besides my artsy side I developed a big love for animals. Because of that I ended up at My Lovely Pig Rescue in 2020 for over 7 months. So to sum me up: graphic design & muddy pig life. |
